Simon Gachagua is an accomplished Agronomist, founder and C.E.O of Premier Seed Co, with over 20 years of experience in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Leadership, and Sustainable farming. Simon is a visionary leader who is passionate about advancing Agricultural Productivity, Innovation, Climate Resilience, and Food Security.

Simon's contributions to agricultural development have earned him several awards and recognitions, including recognition as the man who developed Africa's fastest-maturing tomato variety. He has extensive expertise in Good Agricultural Practices, Agricultural Enterprise Development, Technology Adoption, and Farmer Empowerment.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Agriculture from O.S.U and is an alumnus of the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) and Growth Africa. As a Board member of Kameru Leadership Foundation, Simon brings valuable technical and commercial agribusiness expertise to KLF's strategic direction.
