Sammy Kwinga

Sammy Kwinga is a governance, finance and institutional development professional. He has expertise in law, public administration, financial management, strategic leadership, governance, institutional strengthening, administration and organisational sustainability.

He serves as the Director of Finance and Administration and Board Member at the Mashariki Research and Policy Centre (MRPC), an independent think tank focused on security, geopolitics, technology, innovation and sustainable development, where he contributes to strategic oversight, governance and institutional direction.

Kwinga holds a degree in Law and Public Administration and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) both at the University of Nairobi. As the Board Secretary of Kameru Leadership Foundation, Kwinga contributes governance and strategic expertise focused on building financially sustainable institutions, strengthening accountability and enabling youth and women to participate meaningfully in entrepreneurship and climate-smart agribusiness.
