Maureen Wanjiku Muturi
Maureen Wanjiku Muturi is a development and business leader, academic, and researcher working at the intersection of business leadership, sustainable agribusiness, and youth empowerment. She is Chief Executive Officer of Grazers Barn Limited, where she leads strategy and operations across sustainable agriculture, value addition, market development, and business growth.
She holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy, Development and International Security and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Security Studies, both from Daystar University, where she also lectures in the Department of Peace and International Studies. Her research includes a co-authored book chapter on religious diplomacy and interfaith peacebuilding in East Africa.
Maureen believes leadership is about equipping people with knowledge, creating meaningful opportunities, and enabling them to shape their own communities. As a Board Member of the Kameru Leadership Foundation, she brings this philosophy, alongside hands-on agribusiness leadership, to KLF's mission of nurturing ethical, innovative young leaders across East Africa.
